PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that automates work of publishing e-mail images and document data as a homepage, which has been requiring manual operations of fetching data and updating a homepage in a Web server computer. SOLUTION: On a communication network circuit, a homepage database and a CGI program in a homepage Web server computer automate a series of processing steps of transmitting created images and entered document data simultaneously by an e-mail from an updating and building Web client terminal, monitoring an e-mail server computer and detecting arrival, extracting the document and image data, updating the homepage database, and setting the Web server computer to build a homepage.
