PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly increase flowing water quantity while effectively removing trash. SOLUTION: An endless first screen 2 opened 2c in the upstream side is settled in the central position of a waterway 1 to make the flowing water pass to the outer face 2b while catching dust by the inside face 2a of the first screen 2. The collected dust is raked up from the water to discharge to the outside of the waterway by the first dust removing device. A second screen 13 is installed between the inner wall face and the opening 2c of the first screen 2 of the first dust removing device 3. Flowing water is made to pass to the outer face 2b side of the first screen 2 while catching the dust by the second screen 13, and a second dust removing device 12 is installed to make the dust caught by the second screen 13 flow down to the opening 2c of the first screen 2.
