<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powdery or granular oils and fats, starting from various oils and fats, which contain a relatively large amount of oils and fats without emulsifying them, give out flavor satisfactorily and exhibit high flowability and high solubility. <P>SOLUTION: The powdery or granular oils and fats are manufactured using oils and fats together with a substrate for including the oils and fats and a polyol. In the manufacture, the water content, the maximum particle size, the average particle size and the angle of repose are adjusted to at most 15 wt%, at most 10 mm, at most 5 mm and at most 70°, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
