PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a pipe for a car muffler and a manufacturing device for the same are provided to increase the coherence of a cover and stand and to reduce safe accident using a coating method not welding method. CONSTITUTION: An automatic shooter supplies a stand and a cover(14), and a first stand transfer cylinder and a cover transfer cylinder pulls and lifts the stand and the cover. A main-cylinder transfers the first inner pipe transfer cylinder and cover transfer cylinder to settle the cover on a tubular clamp and an axial tube clamp. A shuttle rises and settles the inner pipe(12) and the cover on a calking clamp at a second step. A coking guide cylinder cokes the inner pipe and the cover, and the shuttle takes out finished products.
