PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting member for mounting a punching blade to a punching device equipped with a punched chip fall preventive means for preventing a punched chip remaining in an internal part from falling. SOLUTION: The supporting member 150 is vertically movably mounted in the punching device, provided with a holder 100 detachably mounted for supporting the punching blade 20 discharging the punched paper chip from the internal part 20a, and performs a punching operation by vertically moving the punching blade 20 integrally assembled. The supporting member 150 is formed with a groove 19 inside for recovering the punched chip, an opening 19a communicated with the internal part 20a of the punching blade 20 formed on the groove 19, and the punched chip fall preventive means 160 blocking the opening 19a.
