DATA PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR NONVOLATILE MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction (reading of abnormal data, leakage of privacy data of a memory, destruction of program data by writing of the abnormal data into the memory, or the like) immediately after a power is supplied to the nonvolatile memory.

SOLUTION: The system is provided with a function to automatically perform a sequence operation for releasing a lock state after a security/protect function is locked for a fixed period of time until an operation of reading SEC/PRT is automatically completed by turning on power to the nonvolatile memory.
