PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meter the same quantities of rice subjected to only milling and of wash-free rice by a simple operation, in a rice bin metering device. SOLUTION: A visor-like member 26a projecting movably forward and backward is formed in a metering part A. When the rice subjected to only milling is metered, the canopy-like member 26a is moved backward to carry out metering in a conventional way. When the wash-free rice is metered, the canopy-like member 26a is moved forward, and a space S capable of preventing intrusion of rice is formed under the canopy-like member 26a, so that the rice equivalent to the rice subjected to only milling is metered.
