PURPOSE: A DNA chip for measuring changes of gene expression in Brassica campestris L. ssp. perkinesis is provided, thereby massively analyzing changes of gene expressions within the reduced time. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a DNA chip for measuring changes of gene expression in Brassica campestris L. ssp. perkinesis comprises the steps of: isolating expressed sequence tag(EST) from Brassica campestris L. ssp. perkinesis; amplifying the expressed sequence tag(EST); and spotting the amplified product on a substrate for DNA chip using microarray technique.
