UMBRELLA ROOF MADE OF SINGLE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An umbrella roof made of a single sheet and a method for producing the same are provided to reduce a fixed region for fixing an umbrella frame and an umbrella roof. CONSTITUTION: The umbrella roof is made of a single sheet(11) of a regular polygonal shape. The single sheet(11) comprises: a plurality of joint lines(15a,15b) which are symmetrical to each other while being adjacent to individual virtual lines(12) linking the center(22) and vertexes(21) of the regular polygon and continued in a convergent manner from the outer peripheral edge(23) of the single sheet(11) right in front of one point(14) on the virtual lines; and a plurality of joint areas(16a,16b) provided along the joint lines(15a,15b) at the same length as the joint lines(15a,15b). Each of the joint areas(16a) is joined to the joint area(16b) adjacent thereto with the virtual line(12) therebetween to form an arch structure. A non-joint area(16c) is provided between the joint areas(16a,16b) so as to form a passage through which an umbrella frame passes.
