发明名称 BRAZING CLAD COATING METHOD OF ALUMINUM TUBE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE: A brazing clad coating method of aluminum tube for heat exchanger is provided to greatly improve corrosion resistance of the tube accordingly by coating a clad on the tube so that the tube is brazed and extend replacement cycle of mold for forming rubber of pin by using the pin that is not coated with the clad. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of extruding a mixture into hot metal having an arbitrary diameter by mixing a clad of silicon mixed aluminum alloy with corrosion resistant material; extruding the aluminum material to be processed using an extrusion means; contacting the hot metal prepared in the clad hot metal preparation process with the aluminum tube extruded through the aluminum extrusion process in such a way that arc is generated by anode hot metal to which anode power supply is connected and cathode hot metal to which cathode power supply is connected so that the anode hot metal and cathode hot metal are melted by the arc to cover the surface of the tube with molten hot metal; cooling the aluminum tube by passing the aluminum tube through water tank; a drying process of drying the tube using an electric heater to remove residual moisture of the aluminum tube passing through the water cooling process; processing the aluminum tube passing through the drying process using multistep rollers to obtain desired diameter of the aluminum tube; winding the aluminum tube processed to obtain an arbitrary diameter by passing through the sizing process around a bobbin; and inspecting whether there are pin holes on the aluminum tube by closing both sides of the aluminum tube after filling an arbitrary gas into the aluminum tube wound around the bobbin through the winding process.
