PURPOSE: An air conditioning device and an air conditioning method are provided to enable air conditioning with low power by excluding the use of a compressor to be used in a commercial air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device comprises a dehumidifier(20) including an absorbent for dehumidification of an indoor unit; a humidity corrector(30) including porous pulp paper moisture of which is absorbed to enable correction of cooling and humidity by using latent heat of vaporization; and a heat pipe(40) connected to the dehumidifier and the humidity corrector through ducts(50). A cooling circulation jacket(41) for absorbing sensible heat of the indoor unit contacting with one side of the heat pipe is installed to the other side of the heat pipe. An inflow blower(11a) and an outflow blower(12a) are installed between the heat pipe and the dehumidifier.
