<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily, quickly and firmly connect case units in series via a simple structure and in a low resistance state. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power unit comprises a holder case 2 having a multilevel stack of a plurality of case units 2A, a plurality of power source modules 1 incorporated in each case unit 2A, and bus bars 3 for connecting the power source modules 1 of the stacked case units 2A. The bus bars 3 are at one end a first connection terminal 3A connected to an electrode terminal 15 of the power source module 1, and at the other end a second connection terminal 3B coupled to the bus bar 3 on the adjacent case unit 2A. The second connection terminals 3B are led out of the case units 2A and lapped on each other. A coupling screw 19 is threaded into a tapped hole 21 in a lap portion 20 of the second connection terminal 3B lapped on the case units 2A via a through hole 22 in the second connection terminal 3B lapped externally, to thus couple the bus bars 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
