PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the resticking of sticking matter such as dust captured on a liner of a magnetic disk medium because of scattering caused by continuous use or shocks in a magnetic disk cartridge having the liner. SOLUTION: This magnetic disk cartridge is provided with a magnetic disk medium 4, a case C rotatably housing the magnetic disk medium 4, and a liner 5 fixed to the inner surface of the case C opposite the magnetic disk medium 4. The liner 5 is provided with a part 5a projecting toward the magnetic disk medium 4, and an adhesive part 5b disposed on a part lower than the projected part 5a and adjacent to the same.
