PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc grinding wheel having flexibility and capable of easily grinding a part of a flat surface, a small area part, a curved surface, etc. and hardly leaving a polishing mark. SOLUTION: A rubber sheet 2 is adhered on a doughnut shaped part of a peripheral part of a base plate 1, and a synthetic resin made holding plate 3 is laminated by adhesion on its upper layer. 12 hole parts 3a of 10mm in diameter are arranged with equal intervals between each other on a circumference of the holding plate 3. A polishing chip 4 forming the grinding wheel of a metal piece, etc. applied with diamond abrasive grains on it in a circular chip form is fitted in each of the hole parts 3a. A bottom surface of the polishing chip 4 is made into a flat surface and adhered on the rubber sheet 2, and an upper surface is shaped so that a central part slightly rises and it is positioned above a surface of the holding plate 3. This grinding wheel has flexibility even in the case of using the polishing chip 4 for a grinder rotating at high speed and can favorably polish the small area part and the curved surface.
