PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily executing floor heating operation by attaching a device for heating hot water to a conventional air conditioner capable of cooling/heating operation. SOLUTION: A hot water unit controller executing operation control of a hot water unit is relay-connected, in series, between an indoor unit controller executing operation control of an indoor machine of the air conditioner capable of the cooling/heating operation and an outdoor unit controller executing operation control of an outdoor machine. By replacing a signal from the indoor unit controller and transmitting the signal to the outdoor unit controller in the hot water unit controller, the floor heating operation is possible by using the outdoor machine of the air conditioner capable of the cooling/heating operation as it is.
