PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition useful for improving arthropathy such as arthralgia. SOLUTION: This composition for improving arthropathy such as arthralgia is obtained by mixing 1 pt. wt. vitamin B1 with 1-1,000 pts. wt. glycosamine, or the like (glycosamine, its salts, or the like) and the composition may contain 10-300 pts. wt. glycosaminoglycan, or the like, (chondroitin, chondroitinsulfuric acid, its salts, or the like) per 100 pts. wt. total of vitamin B1 and glycosamine, and vitamin B6 and/or vitamin B12 may be contained therein.
