PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tipping plate which is arranged in the rear part of a wheelchair, and easily adjusted in length, and also provided with a fall preventing mechanism which eliminates danger of a fall even with overstepping. SOLUTION: A pull-up bolt 22 is arranged in the tipping plate 25 which is attached to the rear end of the wheelchair 10 in order to lift up the front part by using body weight. A triangular nut 24 is arranged at one end of the bolt 22, and a screw 23 for fastening the triangular nut 24 is at the other end. The pull-up bolt 22 and the triangular nut 24 are put through a tipping pipe 21 arranged in the rear part of the wheelchair 10, the screw is loosened, the pull-up bolt 22 and the triangular nut 24 are slid inside the tipping pipe 21, and then, the screw 23 is fastened at an arbitrary position.
