The invention concerns a novel cleaning, detergent, disinfectant and decontaminating composition with wide spectrum of application. In a preferred embodiment, the inventive composition comprises in particular sodium tripolyphosphate and an oxidizing agent, the tripolyphosphate/oxidizing agent weight ratio ranging between 2:1 and 3:1. The invention is applicable in the agri-food industry, in the medical field, hospital environment, particularly concerning care and hygiene.
