<p>Hollow preform (21) having its front closed is formed by injection molding of a resin. Subsequently, the preform (21) heated to its softening temperature is placed in metal mold (102), and compressed air is introduced in the inside of the preform (21) so as to effect blow molding of the preform (21) along the internal surface of the metal mold (102) while drawing the preform (21). Thereafter, molded item (22) is taken out from the metal mold, and part of the molded item (22) after the blow molding is depressed inward to thereby provide a margin for expansion at the time of gas filling. Finally, opening (23) through which compressed air was introduced is closed. Thus, inflator bag (10) of closed structure is obtained.</p> |
