<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening apparatus and a packaging container with the same, which make it possible to easily open the mouth of the container to form a neat section of the mouth without an unnecessary broken part. <P>SOLUTION: The opening apparatus is for a drink container (the packaging container) having the mouth covered with a pull tab and protected with an inner film on the top wall of the container. The container also has a lip, which is formed between the outside edge of the top wall and one edge of the mouth upon opening the container, a fixed part fixed on the top wall so as to surround the mouth along its edge, a hinge, and a cover which can be turned toward the fixed part on the hinge and has a breaking inlet. The cover is also provided with a cutter that breaks the pull tab and inner film, which cover the mouth, as it is inserted into the mouth with turns of the cover when opening the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
