<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic seal impression system capable of visually recognizing whether or not a print of seal is stamped by a principal, and easily deciding whether or not the print of seal is forged. <P>SOLUTION: An inputted signature is collated with signature data registered previously in a signature authenticating server 5, and whether or not both of them are the same is decided by a signature deciding means 8, and when it is decided that they are the same signatures by the signature deciding means 8, a print of seal in which the signature of a user is integrated is generated by a signature embedded impression of seal generating means 9, and the generated print seal is stamped on an electronic document by a imprint of a seal stamping means 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
