PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve without complicating parts or control, or causing large-sizing of an actuator or increase of power consumption. SOLUTION: A rotation driving force transmitting means 5 from a motor 4 to a rotating valve 3 is composed of a breaker 9 to disconnect transmission of rotation driving force of the motor 4 between the motor 4 and the transmitting means 5, and a rotation control means 12 to rotate or stop the rotating valve 3 counterclockwise for every 90 deg.
