<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for a printing system which can perform photographing by which a desired printing result is supposed to be obtained, by superimposing a photographed image on a photographed image confirming LCD and by displaying a printing effective range on a printer, in an imaging apparatus for a printing system used upon a construction of a direct printer system. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus for a printing system has a function of preliminarily holding at least one or more kinds of display information to be superimposed by a camera itself, determining a selection condition of the display information with the printer system being constructed, and displaying range display information selected at the time of photographing on the photographed image confirming LCD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
