<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protected resource access system, in which the security system of biometrics is incorporated in an existing infrastructure. <P>SOLUTION: A security server 60 transmits a message to a telephone set directly or through an intermediate component. A biometrics data storing part 87 stores biometrics data, such as voice data and visual recognition data. The biometrics data are coupled and stored with the extension discrimination information of telephone, as required. A biometrics authenticating/identificating means accesses the biometrics data storing part 87. It evaluates the biometrics data of a user, who request dialog with a protected resource, based on the biometrics data stored in the data storing part, to decide whether to allow the user to control the protected resource, in other words, to make dialog with the protected resource.
