<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method carrying out safety driving diagnosis of a driver based on a value of fatigue and a physical amount hardly receiving an influence from the traveling area and informing the driver of the result of the diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: A deflection degree, i.e., a value obtained by dividing a tertiary moment average value of acceleration of a vehicle by the third power of standard deviation of acceleration is determined and transmitted to a center through a communication circuit. The safety driving diagnosis is carried out at the center based on the value of the deflection degree in every vehicle. This is transmitted to a car navigation device by Internet and is informed to the driver to provide the safety driving diagnosis to the driver. The characteristic by a combination of a character of the driver and a car which hardly receives an influence of the number of accel and brake can be reflected using the deflection degree of the acceleration for the diagnosis of safety. The safety diagnosis inherent to the person can be carried out and is linked with a traffic accident enlightenment by the informing of the safety diagnosis.
