PURPOSE: A tapping hole cooling device for repairing blast furnace tapping hole is provided to more smoothly perform repairing operation of tapping hole installed at blast furnace to discharge hot metal of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a nozzle head(10) which is inserted into digging hole formed on castable and molding material at an outer side of brick forming blast furnace tapping hole, and at which a plurality of nozzles are longitudinally installed; a cooling water and air distribution port(30) connected to the nozzle head(10) and flexible pipe(32); and a cooling water pipe(50) which is connected to the rear of the distribution port(30), to which an air pipe(52) for supplying high pressure air is connected, and which is fixed to a support(54), wherein a vapor discharge port(70) on which a plurality of discharge holes are formed is installed at a rear part of the nozzle head(10) so that the discharge holes discharge vapor generated during injection of cooling water to the atmosphere as blocking an entrance part of the digging hole, and the air and cooling water pipes(52,50) are respectively connected to main pipes(62,60) at which switch valves are respectively installed through main flexible pipes.
