Apparatus for converting motion of driving link into rotational motion of driven shaft 8 is made in the form toothed U-shaped rack 5. Bellows 3 are welded to vacuumizer wall and to ends of nut 4, which is attached to rack 5. Two freewheel clutches are arranged in opposed relation on driven shaft 8. Upon reciprocation of rack 5, freewheel clutches are operating in alternation to impart rotational motion to driven shaft 8. ^ EFFECT: provision for hermetically sealed vacuum input, reliable engagement of driving link with driven shaft, uniform rotation of driven shaft in one direction and provision for rotation thereof through predetermined angle. ^ 2 dwg
