FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has guiding strip having fixing units designed as sliders bearing cantilevers having pins. At least one of the sliders is pivotally connected to an additional slider having rotating fork by means of screw-nut pair. An additional rod having opening at its end and a plate is mounted on each fixing unit slider. Cantilever having pins is rotary fixed in the opening in the additional rod end. The additional rod plate is articulated with the screw end of the screw-nut pair. EFFECT: eliminated angular and rotation displacements. 12 cl, 68 dwg
