SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of homogenizing ingot after semicontinuous casting; hot rolling of ingot; cold rolling at supercritical reduction degrees; X-ray analysis of crystallographic texture of belt; recrystallization annealing of coiled belt at optimal temperature in temperature range of primary recrystallization of alloy; performing X-ray analysis according to relation of intensity values of two interference lines (220) and (200) on reference samples of belt separated after cold rolling and recrystallization annealing of coil in temperature range of primary recrystallization; determining optimal temperature of recrystallization according to equation a+bln(I220/I200)+c[ln(I220/I200)]2 = 0, where a, b, c - regression coefficients in correlation between values of festoon formation Phi and ln(I220/I200), value ln(I220/I200) corresponds to value Phi, tending to zero, and according to relation ln(I220/I200) = f(t), where t - temperature of recrystallization annealing in temperature range of primary recrystallization.
