FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in different friction units. Proposed self-lubricating sliding bearing includes bushing made of wound-on fabric with outer layer impregnated with polymeric binder. Middle part of bearing is impregnated with liquid lubricant, and inner layer is impregnated with binder with antifriction filler. Layers are coupled through holes, with diameter of holes in outer layer and middle part exceeding diameter of holes in inner layer. Through holes are conical, and outer layer of bushing is provided with metal mandrel. EFFECT: increased service life of selflubricating sliding bearing. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
