FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of binder, water and pore-forming agent, molding and hardening of this mixture, introducing additionally at least one component from the following group: metal powder, ground additives; after hardening, mixture is subjected to action of AC electromagnetic field at intensity ensuring conversion of component from said group into gaseous state during 0.1-10 s; composition of mixture is as follows, mass-%: binder, 1- 70; water, 1-35; pore-forming agent, 0.001-1.5; metal powder, 0-10; ground additives, 0-10. Mechanical actions, such as forging, pressing and cogging may be performed additionally. EFFECT: enhanced strength characteristics; reduced power requirements. 2 cl, 2 ex |
