PURPOSE: A fixing device for a skirt is provided to put fixing device between the skirt and an undergarment, and thus to prevent the skirt from rotating. CONSTITUTION: The fixing device for a skirt includes a bottom plate(11) whose outer surface is closely fixed to an inside edge of the skirt(2); an elastic plate(12) being one body with the bottom plate(11), and elastically fixing the upper edge of an undergarment of a skirt wearer to an inner surface of the bottom plate(11); and immobilizers formed on both sides of the bottom plate(11) for fastening the bottom plate(11) to the skirt(2). Many fixing devices(1) are put into the inside edge of the skirt(2) to immobilize the skirt(2) and the undergarment(3).
