<p>A mascara brush adapted to increase the amount of mascara to be applied to the brush bristles so as to apply a greater amount of mascara to eyelashes by gently passing the brush over them, so that the mascara can be quickly and simply applied to the eyelashes. Brush bristles for mascara or the like are arranged in annular form, such as circular or elliptic form. The annulus, such as circle or ellipse, is of a two-dimensional planar curve or three-dimensional spatial curve. The brush bristles are mounted on the brush shaft such that the annular plane of the planar curve or spatial curve for the brush bristles is positioned to form an angle of 0°to 90°with the lengthwise direction of the brush shaft.</p> |
