PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generally express tone quality as an objective physical phenomenon quantity. SOLUTION: This computer system/display constituted of the first computer 1 for calculating the first sound volume L, the second computer 3 for calculating the second sound volume K, the third computer 6 for positioning a measured sound volume two-dimensionally on a coordinate system K-L formed of the first sound volume L and the second sound volume K, the fourth computers 24-1 to 24 for correcting the measured sound volume in each frequency band to calculate a corrected sound volume, and the fifth computer 24-1 for calculating a time-serial fluctuation quantity of the measured sound in the every frequency. The first sound volume L corresponds to the accumulation of the corrected sound volume, and the second sound volume K corresponds to the accumulation of time-serial variations. In the two-dimensional expression wherein the first sound volume L and the second sound volume K are positioned on the coordinate system, a feature resulting from the sound volume in the frequency band, and a feature resulting from the time-serial fluctuation in the frequency band are refeatured two-dimensionally, a phenomenon quantity fit to real sound feeling of a person is digitalized, and a tone quality reference is established objectively thereby.
