OPTICAL FIBER GRATING COUPLER TYPE FULLY OPTICAL LOGIC CIRCUIT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully optical logic circuit device simple in configuration, low in connection loss and low in cost by using an optical fiber grating coupler which is a fiber type optical device.

SOLUTION: Two beams of signal light are entered into the optical fiber grating coupler in which the Bragg wavelength is set to be a signal light wavelength. Thereby the Bragg wavelength of the optical fiber grating is displaced from the signal light wavelength and the fiber type fully optical logic circuit device is realized.
