PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method for a flower-shaped bath-agent including the step of cutting three or more flower petals of different sizes from water soluble paper impregnated with a foamable washing agent, the step of putting together the flower petals of the different sizes, thereby forming a flower shape, the step of fitting the flower in the flower insertion hole of a mounting frame which is provided for holding the flower shape, and the step of putting a mounting base into a container and placing a lid over the container. SOLUTION: The two or more flower petals 6 are cut from water-soluble paper impregnated with foamable washing agent. The petals 6 of the different shapes are put together one on another, and turned upward from their center section to form the shape of a double flower A or the like. The flowers A, each of which is formed in that manner, are fitted in the flower fitting holes 3 of the flower mounting frame 2 separately provided.
