PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer controller which can minimizes the loss of the data. SOLUTION: The buffer controller which controls the buffer is the premis. Then, in the buffer controller, when the buffer for storing specific data becomes full, it is provided with a buffer control part for storing the specific data in an area storing other specific data (for example, an area storing the last data block of other specific data).
