PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residence floor material which maintains necessary cushioning properties and prevents separation and cracking of a cork layer of the floor material. SOLUTION: In the residence floor material, a synthetic resin layer 4 is made of a polyolefin resin foam and the thickness of the cork layer 2 is set in the range of 1.0 to 2.0 mm. Thus the floor material is prevented from separation of the cork layer 2 from the floor material and cracking of the same while maintaining the cushioning properties thereof even in the case of a roll floor material.
