PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring apparatus capable of preventing generation of cracks in a skirt part when the burr is blanked off, and having an excellent process passing property even when the deburring apparatus is automated by making burr waste as punched scraps to small pieces. SOLUTION: In the deburring apparatus, a punching tool 17 having annular punching blades (36 and 38) for deburring in the inner peripheral edge of an annular base metal is relatively moved on the outer peripheral face of a casting, and the burr generated in the periphery of the casting W is removed. The annular punching blades comprise the high blades 38 and the low blades 36 whose edges have height difference in the blanking direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
