PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute authentication processing to request processing with every client in a state of executing large-scale stream data distribution service.

SOLUTION: A user DB server 30 authenticates a stream client 1 selecting the contents audibly watched by a portal server 2, and transmits authentication information to the stream client 1 via the portal server 2, and transmits the information to a stream distribution server 40. The stream distribution server 40 stores this information in an authentication cache DB 471, and retrieves the authentication cash DB 471 when accepting a distribution request including the authentication information from the stream client 1, and distributes stream data on the selected contents to the stream client 1 because there is the authority for visibility-audibility when the same authentication information is registered.
