PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burner which is stably ignited, stably maintains the flame after ignition and reduces the frequency of inspection work. SOLUTION: This gas burner 10 is provided with a burner lance 12 consisting of an outer cylinder 16 and inner cylinders 18a, 18b. A combustible gas flows toward the top end of the burner lance 12 in a passage 30 between the outer cylinder 16 and the inner cylinder 18a. A combustion supporting gas flows toward the top end of the burner lance 12 in an inside passage 32 of the inner cylinder 18a. Nozzles 31, 33 are formed on the top end of the burner lance 12 in the passages 30, 32. Electricity is discharged between the outer cylinder 16 and the inner cylinder 18a inside the nozzle 31 in constitution of the gas burner 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
