<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by making a switch to a sleep mode. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate 20, a grounded electrode E11 for a return switch and an electrode E12 for the return switch kept at a power source voltage are isolated from a displacement electrode 40 kept in an insulated state and disposed at a position corresponding to the vicinity of an end of the electrode 40. Therefore, when an operation button 31 is operated, the electrodes E11 and E12 for the return switch and the displacement electrode 40 are brought into contact with one other without fail, and then the electrode 40 is displaced, with the electrodes E11 and E12 being kept in contact with the electrode 40.
