The piercing device produces a finished hole in one operation. It includes a shaping tool (5) with a shaping head (7) on one end (6) of a shaft (51) of the tool (5). The head is deformable in a direction perpendicular to the shaft. This end of the shaft projects from a nozzle (3). The head is moved in the nozzle direction by a traction device (21, 22, 23). Another device (9, 16, 17, 18) moves its mandrel (9) along the shaft.
