<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imitation product inspection system which can precisely judge authenticity of a product when purchasing the product. <P>SOLUTION: When a consumer purchases a product, the customer put a sensor installed in consumer terminals 101a-101e, such as cellular phone, to a certain position of the product. An authentication information recorded at the certain position is sent to an authentication server 102, and the authentication server analyzes the authentication information. Results of the analysis are sent through a private line or a public line 106 to the consumer terminals 101a-101e, and thereby the consumer can quickly judge authenticity of the product at purchasing place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
