PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss in an output voltage caused by the input capacitance of an FET. SOLUTION: In an impedance converter 1 for reducing the output impedance of an electric signal from a capacitor microphone 10, source follower circuits 5 and 8 using MOSFETs 2 and 6 are connected over two stages, a power source line 11 is connected through a source S and a drain D of a third MOSFET 9 to a drain D of the MOSFET 2 comprising the source follower circuit 5 on a pre-stage, and an output signal line 12 of the source follower circuit 8 on a post-stage is connected to a gate of the third MOSFET 9.
