PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeder for freely selecting a position of a temperature sensor relative to a limit regulating means while adjusting an increment of starting fuel according to a temperature of a device. SOLUTION: A regulator (4) of a fuel injection pump (1) of a diesel engine is adjusted and moved by the balance of the governor force (F) applied to a governor lever (7) and the governor spring force (S). A limiter (22) to receive the movement of the regulator (4) to a fuel increase side (R) is disposed turnably corresponding to the regulator (4). This limiter (22) is adjusted and operated by the operation of the temperature sensor (21), and the limiter (22) is received by a limit regulating means (27) to regulate the minimum starting fuel increment position of the regulator (4).
