Bag supporter for a golf cart

A lower support, for example for supporting a golf bag, for attachment to a golf trolley or cart such as that shown in figure 6 comprises an upper support member 60 and a lower support base 61 both of which are pivotally connected to the frame member 4 of the golf cart. In addition a pair of pivot arms 62 are connected to the upper and lower members so that they move together between extended (as shown) and collapsed positions (see figure 10). The upper support member 60 may have bag retaining projecting blocks 600 at either end (see also figure 9) which are pivotally connected to the member 60. In use a golf club bag rests on the lower support base with a side bag of the golf club bag resting on the projecting blocks (see figure 6). The invention is intended to allow the golf cart to collapse in to a more compact state.
