LOCKING APPARATUS FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A locking apparatus for a heavy equipment vehicle is provided to handle easily by releasing a locking plate with pulling a lever simply, and to improve stability by restricting separation with locking doubly and completely. CONSTITUTION: A locking apparatus comprises both locking plates(10) composed of round grooves(11) forming a locking hole for locking and unlocking a striker and locking ledges(12), supported elastically by a spring(15) and turned around a hinge pin(17) for releasing; a supporting piece(20) having a fitting unit(21) fixed or released from the locking ledge, and locking the locking plates with contacting the fitting unit to the locking plates; a lever(30) integrally combined with the supporting piece and exposed out of a housing(50) to release the locking plates; and the housing containing the locking plates and the supporting piece and attaching to the vehicle body.
