PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the outflow of dust in blending hopper is provided to prevent scatter of dust by adding water to fine powder raw material of setting pond coke injected into the blending hopper. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing the outflow of dust generated while fine powder raw material of setting pond coke is being charged into blending hopper(10) along transfer pipe(20) from a bulk vehicle(12) by compressed air transferring, the apparatus comprises a water spray means mounted on the circumference of discharge part of the transfer pipe and equipped with nozzles for spraying water; and a filter unit(40) which is mounted on an upper part of the blending hopper, and in which dust removing means is installed so that dust generated when the fine powder raw material is discharged from the discharge part of the transfer pipe is adsorbed into the dust removing means, wherein the water spray means comprises water storage tank, air injection valve, air line(22) and discharge pipe(34), and the nozzles are mounted on an end part of the discharge pipe, and wherein the filter unit comprises a certain shaped body, body of revolution equipped with rotation shaft, and stack(46), and a damper which is selectively opened and closed is mounted on an inlet end of the stack.
