PURPOSE: A method for producing Korean traditional wine containing green tea components is provided. Therefore, the korean traditional wine contains the useful pharmacological components, taste and flavor of green tea, and removes the bitter taste of green tea therefrom. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Korean traditional wine containing green tea components comprises the steps of: dipping green tea in fermented alcohol prepared by the traditional procedure; mixing dried green tea leaves with oligosaccharide and yeast, and fermenting the mixture; mixing the fermented mixture with fungi and sugar, and maturing the mixture to obtain an extract of green tea; and mixing the green tea extract with the green tea dipped fermented alcohol and distilled water, and maturing the mixture, wherein the mixing weight ratio of the fermented alcohol, the green tea extract and the distilled water is 5 to 15 : 1 to 5 : 10 to 30.
